Trilogy Physical Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist who wants more than a traditional outpatient position.

Responsibilities


  • Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
  • Develop individualized, evidence-informed plans of care
  • Provide skilled outpatient rehabilitation services
  • Adjust treatment plans based on patient response and clinical judgment
  • Educate patients and families about their condition, recovery, and long-term health
  • Collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants, other clinicians, referring providers, and community partners
  • Complete documentation accurately and within expected timeframes
  • Support patient engagement, retention, and plan-of-care completion
  • Participate in team meetings, professional development, and clinical collaboration
  • Contribute ideas that strengthen patient care, clinic performance, and organizational growth

What we are looking for

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
  • Current or eligible New York State Physical Therapist Assistant license
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passion for helping patients achieve meaningful goals
  • Ability to work collaboratively with supervising Physical Therapists and other team members
  • Dependability, organization, and professional integrity
  • Interest in ongoing clinical and professional development
  • Outpatient experience preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Interest in oncology rehabilitation is a plus
